Step 1: place your order.

Step 2: send pictures of your pet to [email protected] and quote your order number.

If you have purchased a t-shirt with your pet's name included, please add those details to your email – including the thread colour you'd like us to use.

Step 3: our team will create a fun cartoon of your pet and send it over. With your approval, we'll embroider the final design.

Sizing (armpit to armpit):

Small – 35/37 inches
Medium – 38/40 inches
Large – 41/43 inches
Extra-Large – 44/46 inches

Please note that we are unable to process refunds after you have approved our digital artwork. Once you have approved your artwork, our team will aim to have your order shipped within two weeks.
